    Material & Manufacturing

    Material Chemistry & Mill Process
Manufactured from killed steel with controlled carbon equivalents (CEV <= 0.43%) to ensure crack-free welding during heavy structural assembly.

Production Flow: Continuous Billet Heating -> Piercing / Roll Forming -> High-Frequency Induction Welding (HFIW) or Seamless Piercing -> On-line Seam Heat Treatment -> Sizing Mill -> Controlled Cooling Bed -> Straightening -> Cold Saw Cutting.

Mill Capability: Annual output of 300,000 metric tons, utilizing direct-fired rotary hearth furnaces and automated sizing blocks to maintain tight wall thickness uniformity.

    Quality Inspection

Every production lot undergoes rigorous destructive and non-destructive testing prior to dispatch. Mill Test Reports (MTRs) complying with EN 10204 3.1 are provided with every shipment.

    Non-Destructive Testing (NDT):

100% Eddy Current testing or Ultrasonic testing on the weld seam.

    Mechanical Testing:

Tension tests (Yield strength, Tensile strength, Elongation), Flattening tests, and Charpy V-notch impact tests (performed at -20°C upon request).

    Dimensional Inspection:

Laser-based real-time OD and wall thickness monitoring systems linked to plant control loops.

    Applications

Engineered for structural applications demanding predictable load transfer and seismic resilience:

Commercial & Industrial Construction: High-rise building columns, stadium roof trusses, airport terminal framing.

Infrastructure: Bridge cross-beams, highway overhead sign structures, pedestrian overpasses.

Heavy Machinery & Transport: Crane booms, agricultural machinery chassis, railway car frames, truck trailer beds.

    Customization & Supply

    Surface Treatments:

Bare (oiled), Black paint, Anti-corrosion varnish, Hot-dip galvanizing (zinc coating >= 500g/m2 to ASTM A123 / ISO 1461).

    End Finishes:

Plain cut square ends, deburred, or bevel-cut for welding preparation.

    Logistics & Packaging:

    FAQ

Q: What steel grades do you regularly supply for export markets?

A: We regularly produce to ASTM A500 Grade B/C for the North American market and EN 10210 S275JOH / S355JOH for the European market. Other regional standards can be fulfilled upon technical review.

Q: Are Mill Test Reports (MTRs) provided prior to shipment?

A: Yes. EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates detailing chemical composition, mechanical properties, and heat numbers are transmitted digitally upon material dispatch.

Q: What is your standard lead time for volume orders?

A: Standard mill production lead time is 25 to 35 days depending on rolling schedules and surface coating requirements. Stock items ship within 7 to 10 days.

Q: Can you provide third-party inspection (TPI)?

A: Yes. We routinely accommodate inspection agencies such as SGS, BV, TÜV, and Lloyd's Register at our manufacturing facility before loading.

Q: What are the packaging options for maritime transport?

A: Tubes are bundled tightly with high-tensile steel straps. Waterproof plastic film wrapping is applied for ocean freight protection to prevent rust during transit.

Q: Do you accept cut-to-length customization?

A: Yes. We offer precision cold-saw cutting services to specific project lengths with length tolerances held within +/- 2mm.
